Got asked my opinion on wheel house recently when speaking on local service companies, figured I'd actually leave a review. They lack proper communication ability, slow response times, conflicting messaging, and their employees seem to lack the ability for anything beyond basic small business. I'd recommend avoiding them if more than a single location business. If you have a tiny IT footprint or are just starting out, MAYBE, but there are a lots of local resources that have come out ahead in my experience.
