We own a small commercial property in Denver and recently switched management companies to Wheelhouse. The difference between our former property managers and Wheelhouse is like night and day. These people are truly professionals. They are honest, straightforward, knowledgeable and unfailingly helpful. They are always available to our tenants as well as to us. Please for the love of god do not let these people take over your apartment management. They will seem to RUIN your units and complex and drive away customers. Just look at reviews of the properties they currently manage. It's an absolute joke of a company. 0/10 would not touch with a 10-mile pole unless you like public health investigations.
