Wheelhouse Air & Heat is hands down the best HVAC company I’ve ever used. They showed up within 20 minutes of my call, immediately diagnosed the problem, located the part, and had it picked up and installed by the next morning. The only reason it wasn’t fixed the same day is because I called at 4:30 PM! Always on-time. Explains everything up front and very professional.
Talk about going the extra mile. I had Wheelhouse do our whole AC unit. Outside part (condenser) died after 40 days. Chris (the owner) did not immediately get permission (from the manufacturer) to call it a lemon. So he bought a new unit on his tab & he said that he will fight with the manufacturer later. I could not recommend them more.
