It’s not the worst place I’ve ever lived at but it fits the mold with a JC Hart management property which is sub par. I’ve heard from multiple people how bad that management company is and this is our second place of theirs we have lived at and this one is even worse than the previous. The communication to residents is poor, they close the pool on the nicest days of the year and honestly all amenities aren’t great and they seem to let anyone live here to try and fill the place. Filled out a form online to see pricing and availability. Instead I got spammed with sleazy sales tactics to get me in their office and the salesman dodged every question I had about the apartments and info.When I asked directly, I was told to call in to the office to ask further questions. Don’t waste your time, unprofessional and not worth it. 0/5
I came as a walk-in on a whim because I saw the apartment complex as I was passing by the area. Shelby did a wonderful job showing me the apartments and helping me find one that was tailored to my needs. She answered questions, I'd forgotten to ask and was very patient while I was looking through the apartments. Exemplary service 10/5
I’ve been living at Wheelhouse Apartments since July 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! The leasing office team truly makes this place feel like home. Melissa, Jamilia, Lisa, and the new manager Sherri, along with the former manager Rachel, are all incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. My boyfriend and I have lived here since September & we love it! Maintenance is super quick. The office staff is LOVELY! We have not had any problems with our unit since moving in. Super grateful to call the Wheelhouse home! :)
