10/10 do not recommend! Their customer service is poor and their pricing is rich. They claim the pool is heated its 70 degrees, dont fall for it like we did. The noise between floors is unmanageable. When you present them with a complaint they put it back on you. Trash piled in mounds outside ths trash compactor, ripped screens noone fixes, their appliances are bottom shelf. Very disappointing when you pay almost 3000 a month for rent. Look elsewhere.
I had my initial tour with Shelby and she was phenomenal! This was the best tour I have been on yet (and I have toured over 5 apartment places now). I instantly felt excited and connected as soon as I walked in the office. Shelby was down to earth, thorough, listened well and answered all my questions. This is the best place, I would advice anyone whose looking for an apartment in the area to move in! You get what you pay for, the property is very clean and well maintained! The staff are quick to respond, and they have an awesome maintenance team which arrives very fast!
Shelby was very helpful and kind during my tour!
DJ took care of my disposal issues so fast ! He was friendly and even took the time to run me through the maintenance check ins that happen every few months.
