I recently contacted Steph to look after an electronic issue on a Yamaha e-bike - Steph looked after us exceptionally well with professionalism, quick turn around time, easy to communicate with... would highly recommend and will be coming back in future!
We drove over an hour to ride the Three Towers trails and I broke my chain 5 mins into the ride. Called up Wheelhouse and he got my bike in, fixed the chain, tuned the drivetrain and got us back on the trail within the hour. He made time for us in a pinch and saved the day of riding! This is what great service looks like
