Hands down the BEST bicycle shop on the east coast. Michael is a extremely knowledgeable and caries impeccable products. I cannot say enough things about him and his shop.

There are bike shops … and then there is Wheelfine. For those looking for distinctive bikes backed by great service, this is the place — heck, maybe the only place to go. Michael is the last of the “real bike shop” owners — candid, smart, honest. And if he tries to talk you into a handmade Italian steel bike with Campy parts: listen to him. I just bought such a bike and it is a dream to ride.

Mike, remember this Zeus frame from the mid 80's? Mavic 330 tubulars still true as the day you built them. Nisi golds with large Campy flange and bladed spoked TT wheels finally gave up the ghost but got me threw quite a few tri's back in the day.

Neglected my Campy Chorus 9 speed hub for too many years and miles. Totally destroyed the freehub bearings. Mike not only had another 9 speed freehub IN STOCK but he rebuilt the whole thing for me with new ball bearings in just over an hour. He is clearly one of the best Campy mec... read more

Simply the best bike shop in the area. The proverbial Aladdin's Cave. The best shop this side of the pond to have your wheels tuned. When on the other side, plan a visit to Big Al at Wheelcraft, at Campsie Glen, Glasgow near my daughter's home. The url not allowed in the review ;-( Big Al and Michael are like twins separated at birth by the Atlantic Ocean. These are the best bike shops for engaging conversation. Michael is *not* a man of few words and neither is Big Al. Wheelcraft leads in providing industrial strength coffe... read more
