Dr Horner is very "HandsOn" in his practice. He does everything himself unlike other eye doctor offices I've been to where assistants do the measurement for frames, marking of lenses, and placing order for your glasses. The only The he didn't do was check me in and bill me out. He has a great personality also. Very pleasant. I enjoyed my appointment and would highly recommend Dr. Horner.
