sent me the wrong parts, then expected me to pay to return items they screwed up and wait while my rig is on jack stands. my daily to boot! they sent wrong rear spring spacers, inexpensive parts, if they cared to keep my buisness, which i have done quite a bit with them they would have next day or 2 day the rite parts. but they decided to say oh well. there choice. iam not the one that screwed up the order.

Bought an OME suspension kit for my Tacoma! They did a great job getting it to me, and they packaged it well! Instructions were concise and accurate as well. Can’t recommend them enough!
Travis was awesome! Made sure I got the correct parts I needed. Unlike Toytec. I ordered a OME lift kit for a 97 Tacoma from Toytec and they sent 98 rear springs and then said it was my fault after I called to verify. Big mistake on my part! ORDER FROM WHEELER'S WITH CONFIDENCE WITH YOUNG MEN LIKE TRAVIS WORKING FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!
Great customer service, always replied in a prompt manner and that is very hard to find these days in any business. They sent me my new struts already set to the requested setting at I believe no extra charge, its been a few years since I ordered them. Then when it came time for a refund, I shipped them back and again promptly was sent my refund.
I've bought several parts from Wheelers and they've been nothing but good to me. I had an issue with a part that was missing a part (wasn't their brand) and they helped me solve it super fast. This is definitely the place to shop to get parts for your truck. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to help you out as much as they do.
I’ve worked with Josh at wheelers offroad several times now ordering different parts for my Tacoma. Needless to say, they are very honest, quick responding, knowledgeable, and helpful before, during, and after the sale. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online vendor. I always will recommend them.
Great customer service! I called to order wheels around 4pm, I had a unique situation for payment, and Steven took care of it for me without hesitation, by 4:34pm I had a UPS tracking number, and an Email confirmation of a 2 day delivery from 1-31-19. Today (2-1-19) my wheels are here by 3pm! Exceptional service, and fast accurate delivery. HIGHLY Recommend!
