Great experience! Tom is honest, up-front, and will give it to you straight. Went to him for a 2nd opinion for a brake repair...in the end Tom charged me $453 for what would have been an otherwise $1000+ rip-off from a nearby competitor. (Private IM me if you want to know who to avoid.) : )
