Wheelers treated me very well. They kept me informed on what was going on we had a great loaner car. Greg went above and beyond to keep us happy we will definitely be doing more service in the future with then weather it is more mechanical things or purchasing a another vehicle. Best service department around for your chevy or gmc. Every time I take my truck in I get fast and friendly service. Everyone i have talked to at this dealership has been very knowledgeable about the vehicles and always has a answer for any questions. I highly recommend this dealership.
Very frustrating, we bought a 2024 gmc acadia recently and the key tag said 1 of 2 and then found another key tag in the car for the 2nd set but no keys. inquired about it and never got any return phone calls or anything like promised. I guess once the line is signed on then nothing else matters and you are just a number.
I just want to say, it was an extremely easy process to purchase a car here. When I walked in, I talked to Christian and told him the car that I was interested in. He brought it around and answered all my questions. When I got back from the test drive, I talked to Jason and had the paperwork started. I told them I'd be back in 2 days to finish it.
