Wheeler Zamaroni has plummeted in customer service. I went in and asked to look around the yard for an outdoor stone bar top the guy said no. I said I have bought many pieces here in the past he would not even consider what I was talking about. He said he would look up the square foot price of marble, I stood staring straight at his face for ten minutes while he did not look up from the screen. Great product and great customer service. Returned my call promptly. Gave good guidance for applying Terrakoat EX. The product worked great on my DG pathways that were sloped. It is important to apply it as directed.
Yikes, what crappy customer service. Sucks when a company can't tell you specifically when, where and what time your order will be arriving for pick-up, no less delivery. When questioned about the order delay was 'we have 10 days to fill it'. Really? Then why didn't someone say that ? Never Again!!!
My friend says they have the worst customer service ever!
