Wheeler Management, I would like to recognize my prosthetist, Laura Stewart, for identifying the problem that was going on with the socket on my prosthetic. My limb had shrunk to the point that the socket was not fitting correctly. This was causing pistoning (rubbing). She identified a pocket of fluid that was developing on the bottom of my residual limb. She advised me to make an appointment (immediately) with my podiatrist. As a very active amputee, I’ve learned how crucial it is to have a solid relationship with your prosthesis. And, over the years, I’ve visited different practitioners but that all stopped when I started working with Seth. He understands the demands I put on my prosthetic limb & designs my limbs with just the right amount of relief to prevent sores or discomfort…Seth (and the entire staff in the Chandler office), are truly Amazing!!!
