Wheeler I wish there were words to express how much we appreciate you. My husband's journey started 5mos ago with a bka. It was life changing. Shortly after surgery my husband met Soran Wheeler. Great experience! The staff at this office are courteous and professional. From the moment you walk in you’re met with an immediate hello even if they have another customer at the front desk they politely acknowledge you. Once you’re sitting you are called back within a few minutes. Once you’re in the back I had Emma who has done an extremely professional customer care making sure all the questions I had were answered. Staff is very helpful and patient with all clients. They have helped my sister since the very beginning of her amputation and still assisting her with the new prosthetic. We are very grateful for all staff members assisting us in this new journey.
All of the staff are so friendly they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Seth is the best! He is my leg guy since day one. I highly recommend them if you are so unfortunate.
