I gave them my full trust from 9-2018 to 4-2019. I have severe medical conditions that require regular and comprehensive blood work. They Lied about my blood work. Had to get a second opinion. My potassium level was 2 points from hospitalization. I was talked into signing a contract that would permit them to treat me for severe anxiety and pain. After signing contract was told I had to choose between the pain or the anxiety treatment. Was given a drug test, the test was altered with a ink pen. A test that I passed. They woul... read more
