We bought a great truck from Allen. He was super helpful and friendly. He gave us a great and fair price, was completely honest and wasn’t pushy at all. We loved dealing with him and would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go through Wheeler Automotive.
Bought a mid sized SUV from these guys, then not even a few months later had major engine issues and needed a whole new motor. send it back to these guys and they said it was fixed, sent me the big bill and off we go. but then have been having engine issues ever since, burning oil, engine knocking. not convinced they did the work they claimed to have done. screwed me over financially. will not be recommending.
Buyer BEWARE!!! I picked up a truck from this dealership last week for my brother, a $47,000 dollar truck should I mention. Guy is very nice to you in person. My brother bought the truck sight unseen and asked the dealer for full details of the truck. He showed him all the major details that could not be missed on camera but did not tell him that the truck was covered in hail damage and we only found out when the truck was already at home in Manitoba. Terrible business ethics. I was revealed messages between past clients and Allan where concerns about stock that he had needed to be addressed. Such as transmission leaks, stereos not working, power windows not functioning. To this very date the products are still for sale on the website with knowledge that there are issues. This business falsely advertises vehicles as “ excellent shape” “ amazing service history” which is absolutely far from the truth. Please save your money and go anywhere but here.
