Horrible on the Parts Department. Over priced by 3×. Can NOT order online unless being contacted by an employee from Yuba Mazda. Ridiculous. Only want to sell you what they want to make some commission. Wiper blade refills are less than $8 mazdaparts.us. Wheeler Mazda is charging $20 for the same rubber. Ridiculous. Order parts online and DO NOT buy from the dealer in store.
We purchased our newest car from Mazda Elk Grove two months ago and at that time purchased a California-wide Factory Service Plan that states we can get our car serviced up to 11 times for free at any Mazda dealership in California. Upon attempting to schedule our first service at Wheeler Mazda, they denied us and said that Mr. Wheeler won’t honor the contract and can only give us a discount off our services.
