Funny to see used car we offered full advertised price on almost two months ago still sitting on lot! We were told that the price on Wheelers website was a "mistake", both times it had been lowered by "someone outside of wheeler" and that they'd "lose their job" if they honored the price on website. Very disappointing especially after buying at least 5 cars in the past from Wheeler. They got the price online back up to $29k from the $25500 that was advertised, the day after we tried to buy it. I recently brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. During the service, the technician broke my dipstick. I was working with a service advisor named Bobby, who informed me that it was my responsibility to replace the broken part. This response felt unfair, so I contacted several other auto repair shops to get clarity, and all of them confirmed that if a part is broken during service, the shop performing the service is responsible for replacing it. Horrible on the Parts Department. Over priced by 3×. Can NOT order online unless being contacted by an employee from Yuba Mazda. Ridiculous. Only want to sell you what they want to make some commission. Wiper blade refills are less than $8 mazdaparts.us. Wheeler Mazda is charging $20 for the same rubber. Ridiculous. Order parts online and DO NOT buy from the dealer in store.
