I recently brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. During the service, the technician broke my dipstick. I was working with a service advisor named Bobby, who informed me that it was my responsibility to replace the broken part. This response felt unfair, so I contacted several other auto repair shops to get clarity, and all of them confirmed that if a part is broken during service, the shop performing the service is responsible for replacing it. Horrible on the Parts Department. Over priced by 3×. Can NOT order online unless being contacted by an employee from Yuba Mazda. Ridiculous. Only want to sell you what they want to make some commission. Wiper blade refills are less than $8 mazdaparts.us. Wheeler Mazda is charging $20 for the same rubber. Ridiculous. Order parts online and DO NOT buy from the dealer in store.
