I ordered and received the All Terrain Beach Rollator. It was missing 2 parts so I emailed them and asked to have them shipped. After 2 business days without a reply my husband called and spoke to the office manager *********************************. He explained what happened and she said she'd speak to someone in shipping about getting the parts to us. I ordered the beach mini cart & paid $199.95. The first time I used it, one of the wheels would come unlatched. Which caused the axle to spin which removed the finish and caused it to rust. After the first trip to the beach my husband managed to fix the wheel lock and now the wheels tend to squeak a bit. I feel as though it is not worth the money at all. We were crossing our fingers for the 3 days at the beach that it wouldn’t fall apart. I actually wish I would of returned and got something else!!
Well since it's widely known that Wheeleez wheels even in the largest sizes cost under $25.00 a piece to manufacture ,(China) but are marked up close to 400% how about not being so ridiculously greedy and pricing them far more reasonably ? That would be a start

My wheelers beach cart is about five weeks old and the handle broke off from both sides. When I called to explain what happened I was told without a receipt (we paid cash and didn’t save it...I know not the best idea) we weren’t eligible for warranty coverage and basically told we must have overloaded the cart and lifted it causing it to break. I live on the Gulf Coast and we take beach trips every weekend. After a lot of research I pulled the trigger on the Wheeleez Cart. My only complaint is that I waited so long to buy this cart. The soft Gulf Coast sand is no match for this cart. Pulls/pushes smooth and easy fully loaded with chairs, bags and a Yeti cooler. Best beach cart ever.
Used our beach cart frequently during last 3 years on very hot beaches in central Florida,only issue one tire warped out of shape rubbing on the frame.customer service very helpful in selecting correct tire replacement. Tire & shipping approximately 1/3 cost of new cart ,l still highly recommend this product for beach use.
