We just moved to Somerset and I was amazed at their customer service. We bought a washer and dryer from them. They delivered when they said, the guys were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable installing it. I didn't get a user's manual and dropped by their location the next day. The owner apologized when he realized the company did not routinely have those available upon install. That day he called to tell me they had printed a manual for me.
