I would highly recommend Wheelchairs to Go as the service and communication was exceptional. The company was quick to respond to my queries and the drop off and pick up of the chair to our hotel was stress free and efficient. Additionally, the chair was comfortable and easy to push around the busy streets of Sydney. My whole experience with Wheels to Go was positive and Esta was a delight to communicate with. Thank you for providing such a valuable service to those with poor mobility.
In end November 2025 we went to Sydney on a 3 day visit for my husband's 70th birthday. He required a wheelie-walker for assistance. My online search was driving me nuts with astronomical costs with some companies expecting a 2 week booking and deposit payment plus delivery and pick up costs! It was maddening on so many levels. I have used an electric wheel chair from sydney wheelchair to go. The chair that I used was fabulous for easy to use ,they dropped it off at the hotel i was staying at. It was just what I needed to get around sydney and enjoyed my holiday. The only thing that I would ask that you if it is possible can you please put rubber on the foot plates as I had trouble keeping my left foot on the plate when I was going down ramps because I could not keep my foot from slipping.
