One of our daughters sustained a broken foot, that needed to be completely non-weight bearing, just prior to a family trip to Sydney. This is a great business with the most amazing customer service. I had a scooter booked for my mother to go on a cruise, they were extremely helpful and answered my many emails promptly and were very familiar with the cruise industry. At the very last minute my mother was taken to hospital, so I called the morning of departure to cancel my booking. Antonio was so lovely and kind and offered me a full refund, this was completely unexpected and I was extremely grateful.
Great service
On this our Second visit to Australia and, also our 2nd visit to Sydney. This time we needed scooters. The scooters arrived in plenty of time, were top notch, comfortable, easy to operate, and recharge. We booked a tour with Wheelchairs To Go for our family, we were picked up on time by Antonio Estevez who was very professional, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the various areas we visited.
