Excellent Service Tammy and her team fought with the insurance company to get the exact items we wanted including the color. It took several months to get all the ducks in a row ( mainly for the company to make and ship after approval) and Tammy never got rude with me or upset when I called or emailed for updates... nothing but the most exceptional service possible. I will definitely use them again. And would recommend them to anyone needing a mobility aid.
I had a Wonderful experience here!! I understand the place is under new management. Here was my experience. They got me in right away, they were kind, thoughtful and thorough. They took the time to explain choices, they fought hard with my insurance companies, they got me the exact chair that I wanted, and suited all my needs. I had a wonderful experience with this company. I found them to be professional, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to help us. Tammy,Curt and Jim are the nicest folks ever! Tammy was able to help me deal with the insurance red tape to get things moving. They work well with my son's Physical Therapist to get the best for my son's needs and were quick to help when adjustments were needed. They are wonderful people providing wonderful service!!
