We had a Stiltz lift (elevator) installed in 2019. We love it! It meant we would be able to remain in our home. But then it began to act up. The installer (101 Mobility in San Jose) had been sold and dropped that product. They refused to service my lift and were of no help. I called the Stiltz headquarters in Pa. several times to get help. Service like this is very difficult to find these days! I have used wheelchair lift repair services through Bionic Aim countless times for myself and my clients. Gabino and his crew take their time to answer all questions and provide different options. I never have to worry about being uneducated about any subject related to it since he makes it so easy.
