Called them on the phone, and they were very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for for my mother. We went in later that afternoon, and she found her chair right away. They did a thorough job of explaining how it comes apart and goes back together, and how everything operated. My mom loves it.

They service what they sell and still believe in customer service!
Bill who works in sales is excellent! He knows everything in relation to power chairs and scooters. He was so generous, he even arranged for a power chair to be delivered to us so we could try it out for the weekend and then return it if it didn't work. This is an example of wonderful customer service. The best!
