We're visiting family in San Jose and discovered a nail in our tire. After learning neither Walmart had tire shops, my husband found this shop and arrived at 7am on a Saturday. The first person he encountered rudely asked if he had an appointment and unfortunately my husband did not. My husband explained the situation and was told in a dismissive manner "you can drop it off." Needless to say, my husband continued on his search for a tire repair shop.
Great service both Hieu and Jonathan are great employees. Called on updates and let me know the car was ready as promised.
I would come here again just for Johnathan’s customer service! He was very thorough and accommodating. He took list of what we were interested in, our needs and wants and matched it up to their inventory. We did not feel rushed or pressured and gave his expert opinion on what would be good for our lifestyle use. If you are looking for a personable and honest rep, Johnathan is your guy!
