Wheelworks on the Alameda in San Jose. I took my car in for a brake job. I dropped it off at noon. I knew it might be a long job and was prepared to leave it overnight or even for a couple of days. The service manager phones as they were closing to say that the car was ready. He stayed until we were able to pick it up, same day, after hours. Nice.

Great friendly service without pressure to spend more. I waited and the guy at the front did his best to get as many discounts to someone on the phone in a bad situation.
