Friendly staff and fast service. Never having to ask questions about their service. Great place to take your vehicle for service or repairs.
Arrived because TPS shows low tire pressure, I was told someone one would be with me. They didn't specify which month, day, or year because I'm still waiting
I arrived at 1:10pm for appointment at 1:15pm. I was waiting until 2:40pm but my car still in the parking lot. I asked the customer service, l can my car be done before 3:30pm? He said there is another car in front of you and it will take around 45min to 1 hour. I didn’t think to take around 4 hours just for wheel alignment even though the appointment at 1:15pm. I hope the wheel work team can do better in the future. Very bad service.
I was really happy with Windell’s Service he was very polite and helpful, and the tires were mounted in a decent time!
