Tires and shocks..... – I have been going to Wheel Works on Winfield in San Jose for the past 10 years. They are always courteous and professional. John their manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpfull in providing me with information regarding tires and shocks that a novice like myself does'nt understand. I had contacted my Toyota dealership regarding pricing on replacement of shocks and found Wheel Works to be considerably less expensive for a far superior shock than the dealership was offering. DO NOT HAVE YOUR TIRES DONE HERE! – I took my car to the WINFIELD shop (FOR OVER 3 HOURS) to have my tires balanced, rotated, and a wheel alignment after a small fender bender to my left front.After all that AND 3 BRAND NEW TIRES,(one I had recently replaced),I had to take it back AFTER 3 DAYS for "shaking" on the front left.ANOTHER 3 HOURS FOR BALANCING A TIRE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE THE FIRST TIME.I ALSO WAS CHARGED FOR IT! 2 days later,a tire went flat.No visible damage,but EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT for me (senior citizen... read more
