Alex was a big help, great customer service attitude and welcoming. The technician who worked on my Highlander , outstanding work. Left worries at the door. Would recommend and will be back for other maintenance jobs.
Called for something simple for a tire whoever was on the other end of the phone was rude and trying to be smart, when I was being calm. it was my first time too. Yea sticking to my other tire shop since they weren't open that day just wanted to try something new but I guess that was a bad idea.
