Terrible service. They had my vehicle for over 24hrs to replace two tires. Was told to come back the next day at 5pm for pick up. Verified 230pm day of pick up that vehicle would be ready at 5pm. Was not worked on AT ALL! Had to wait two hours. Service rep Gil was terrible. The technician also could not follow simple instructions on the work order. BAD EXPERIENCE with manager, CHARLIE LONG-time customer of over 30 years. I loved working with Albert when he was the manager, unfortunately for this franchise owner, Albert is no longer at this store. Wanting to take advantage of the tire 3-day sale (which ends today) As soon as the store opened (at 9am) I called to schedule the installation.
