Everyone very friendly, honest and helpful. Rating of 9 because one of the workers needed to be told to help with something instead of being intuitive about this (he was young and inexperienced). After being told, he then understood the request.
I made an appointment online for 4pm. Looks like there were plenty of other openings so figured it wouldn't be crowded. When asked the question, I said I would wait for the car to be done. I come a little before 4pm, and was told it would be done by 6 or 6:30. Well, I had no way to get home, so ended up stuck in the plaza for a couple of hours.
