Ive been going to Wheel Works for more than 20 years. I have always received wonderful and fair service. Kenny and John, have always taken great care of me and my cars. Will continue to come back again and again.
Kenny and John are always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They’re my go to people whenever I need the cars serviced. Always accommodating and welcoming.
I went in for a vehicle inspection which got addressed in a reasonable amount of time given it was a walk in. Service person was good, however the phone was ringing off the hook and he was the only person handling the desk and there was a line that formed after me so they could add more staff.
Came in for a repair on my struts and brakes on 22/02/25 and the first, i got an email saying which parts are needed to be fixed and the first mechanic told me that I will be able to take the car on 23/02/25. And then on 23rd when I called them they said they ordered a wrong part for struts. So they’re not able to fix it and they re arranged me to pick the car up on 24/02/25 in the afternoon.
