Great friendly service with excellent mechanics and staff
Very friendly people and outstanding customer service. They know what they are doing.
I took my car at 9AM on Friday for tire rotation, wheel alignment and a brake light not coming on. I was told a few hours of work and I will be called when the car is done. Right after 7PM, I get a call from the shop that the brake light housing needed to be replaced and I will get a call on Saturday. No one called, I attempted multiple calls to the shop. Just go ahead and assume any work will take 8-12 hours, even with an appointment. If you choose to wait 8 hours for a wheel alignment with an appointment, fair warning, there are no bathrooms.
STAY AWAY Came for a TNC inspection. (Uber / Lyft) Rep right the way started to check tires. Once he noticed brand new tires on the rear he stated that front tires were no good and it wouldn't pass the inspection. WRONG. I previously checked with another professional, and I also did myself with the penny method (see pictures).
