Great tires at a great price... i was NOT happy with whoever put the spare tire back in it's place under the truck... they just threw the spare tire tools back in the hatch loose instead of stowing them in the small compartment they took them out of. they left straps and jumper cables out the same way... that was lazy... all else was good

These ppl almost killed me by not tightening the lug nuts on my wheels before a big road trip. Literally miracle I didn’t end up in the bottom of a the Missouri River in winter. Also very rude and treated me like I was trying to steal my own car when I was picking it up

When I brought my vehicle in the Tire Pressure light was working. When I left there were no sensors according to the manager and they wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount to replace all the sensors in the tires. I will not be bringing my vehicles back to Wheel Works. I will be taking them to McCain Tire in San Rafael.

I offered to pay him for the time he spent, but he wouldn't hear of it. Since it was a fairly new tire, he suggested I try returning it to Costco. He offer... read more
