Took over 7 to hours to get an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am. Not acceptable when this should have been less than a 2 hour job

I would suggest avoiding at all costs. The 3.3 average google review is there for a reason. My son took his car in for brake pads and rotors. I was given an estimated amount over the phone. After they looked at the car they suggested that I get tire rods, front and rear brake pads back/rotors and CV joints. They then significantly over quoted for all this work compared to other shops. Large tire shop with easy access and accepts indirect orders through Ebay and Amazon so prices are very good. However some issues: 1. If you have a Euro car with TPMS, their computer may not be able to set these. They will instead try and sell you $350 of after market US ones. 2. They did not honor the eBay fitment prepayment ($127) and instead charged me $136. I changed the appointment time and apparently the original (prepaid) job number is lost when you do this 3.
