Took my new wheels to get tires mounted fast service and friendly staff will definitely be going back.
This was my first experience at this local business. For a three-hole service, I got a call back almost immediately, saying my motorcycle needed a new clutch. They charged $1,500. I received no pictures, no invoice, no video proof showing the alleged issues that needed to be fixed. I ended up towing my motorcycle out of the shop. My first visit will definitely be my last.
I’ve been coming here for like 20 years. Their work is great. But the new owners/workers have for some reason gotten really cocky and condescending with customers. They used to be so helpful and polite. Now they talk to you with attitude out the gate. The old owner never let his help treat people either such disrespect. Their work has always been exceptional. But they need to lose the attitude. Those balloons on their shoulders need to be popped. Just sayin’.
