I’ve been coming here for like 20 years. Their work is great. But the new owners/workers have for some reason gotten really cocky and condescending with customers. They used to be so helpful and polite. Now they talk to you with attitude out the gate. The old owner never let his help treat people either such disrespect. Their work has always been exceptional. But they need to lose the attitude. Those balloons on their shoulders need to be popped. Just sayin’.
They have the best prices and the workers are the best .

What can I say—Wheel Works is the place to go! The staff is top-notch: super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and they get the job done right the first time, every time. I’ve been there multiple times for work on my bike, and I always leave beyond satisfied. These guys truly care and take pride in what they do. Can’t recommend them enough—they’ll absolutely take care of you.
Went down to get my rear wheel replaced. Great guys down there. Both super knowledgeable and helpful. I could tell they actually care about other riders and their bikes.
