Bob built my bike BMC Timemachine and added DI2 to it in 2012. Since then I have competed in over 100 triathlons. After 4+ years still going strong. Have done 5 70.3 Ironmans in last 8 months. I live in Arizona now but bring my bike to Wheel Werks every summer to have him check the fit and mechanics before Ironman 70.3 Racine and Ironman 70.3 Steelhead . What a very fine shop, from the front door to the back door. Bob might be the best mechanic/fitter in Chi area. I know he always makes my bikes purr. We're lucky shops like WW are around!
Bob is the best! I've been a dedicated customer for several years. I was referred to Bob by a retired racer who convinced me that having Bob do a bike fit would be the best upgrade I could buy. Linda was right! I'll be back next spring for adjustments due to orthopedic surgery. Congratulations on your success Bob!
Straight forward and honest. Great fittings. I've been a loyal customer since 2012, which makes me a newbie at Wheel Werks. A wide range of riders go there. The team is great. It was a top notch experience working with Bob to design and build my Seven. Bob seemed to know where my cycling was heading before I did.
2nd bike purchase from Bob and his team. Another great experience! Ended up ordering a Cannondale tandem and Bob made sure that my daughter and I were fitted just right. Thanks again for spending time with us prior and after the sale!
