I finally gave up on WT fixing the overall damage they caused to my rim. It's a lightweight aluminum OEM rim that is no longer produced.It had minor cosmetic damage to a 1" spot on the outer edge. I thought it would be easy. Round 1: they painted the entire rim the wrong color. They made no attempt to match the OEM silver. They chose a random dark gray. Round 2: They ruined the entire finish by powdercoating. over dirt throughout the barrel. And Round 3: They mangled the valve stem opening by cooking on so much powder coat t... read more

This was not a good experience, my wheels were sent back a couple of times due subpar work and one of the techs broke one of my lug nuts trying to take off my wheel…which I still don’t understand how that happened-there was nothing wrong with my lug nuts. The lady at the current location in Austin is incompetent- she double charged me for the work that was done on one of my Mercedes rims and told me it would take 7 to 10 days to get refund for her mistake- she act like she didn’t really care….that pretty much did it fir me…I... read more
