I took my bike in for repairs and a tune up on July 7th. After my bike was checked in, the sales associate said that I would receive a call back later on that day with an estimate and an explanation of what needed to be serviced. I never received a call back. I followed up the next day. I was told that "my bike had slipped through the cracks and it was not formally checked in nor had anyone looked at it."
