The price and overnight turn around was great! I took my son’s car in to have some curb damage repaired. The color on his rims didn’t quite match at first. Bill acknowledged the discrepancy and made things right. As a father, all I try to do is make things right. It appears that Bill felt the same way and I really appreciate that. It is really great to know that some businesses take pride in their work and will do whatever to provide great customer service!
I went to their shop, got the best offer compared with all competitors in town, and they did the best work ever! Thank you for your impeccable service, definitely recommend this place!
We have had too many problems with Bill the owner himself. We have had wheels come back NOT powdercoated as told. Missing valve caps , scraped inner barrel , sanding marks , run lines from paint , messed up oem tpms sensors , Missing tpms sensor , scratches and swirls , missing parts and the last thing that was the last straw was Bill telling me that he cannot air up two tires that he received in perfect condition which he forgets to leaves schrater valves in for us to air up. I was in Dallas for a week from out of state for a work conference. I Dropped off a set of wheels and tires that where in bad need of repair and refinishing. The staff was friendly. The finished product exceeded my expectations. Great place to do business.
