Wife, kids and I suffered a cracked wheel on our Jaguar XJL while traveling. We made it to Oklahoma City limping on a spare. I called several repair spots. These guys weren't the cheapest...but after meeting with Allen their welder...I knew I was in the right place. These guys really made the difference for us. I messed up my rim from hitting a plank on the road and Wheel Connection was able to repair it and did such a good job you couldn’t even tell where it had been messed up! They were great and very friendly and easy to work with! Thank you

Poor Customer interaction Took in a bent lip pothole wheel slow leak. Asked for copy of receipt, told I didn't need unless I "did not trust them"?! I still don't know what that means. Told next day completion. didn't get till three days later. $20.00 wheel balance? ( I don't think that I've ever paid more then $5 to $7 for this service. ) No thank you for payment, or my business.Guess $120.00 not big enough purchase for that kind of response.
