HE WON'T SELL US A TRUCK BECAUSE WE BROUGHT A MECHANIC TO LOOK AT IT WITH US. HE SAID WE INSULTED HIM BY NOT JUST TAKING HIS WORD THAT THE TRUCK IS GOOD , SO HE WON'T SELL US THE TRUCK. I'VE NEVER HEARD SUCH EGOTISTICAL CRAZINESS. This is the rudest most controlling individual I've ever met! There's a sign on the door requesting you use good manners and language but he takes the Cake on rudeness! We don't take big purchases lightly. We always pay for our things and keep them. We found a truck that we were considering. We test drove the truck three times. The second time we drove it we noticed a slight shake in it. The back door wouldn't unlock so it could not be opened from the outside, a problem when using for child in a car seat. There was a lot of air noise coming from the driver side door. We told owner about these issues. He said he wouldn't fix the lock because it was on the back door but he would look into the other issues. I told him about my concerns with having to get a child out of that door so he said he'd look into it. He looked into it, told us he fixed the sound around the driver door , told us he fixed a lock but now the back driver side window won't roll down, and told us that we could live with that. Like he's Good Almighty and decides for us what will and won't do for us.The third time we drove the truck we took a mechanic down there to look and just to make sure we're doing the right thing because we're not educated in it. Now the owner refuses to sell us the truck. I called the owner after he told my husband that he refused to sell us truck and in my 30-minute conversation with him explaining to him how we took it seriously and I didn't understand his decision he come down to the final point of it and plainly said that we insulted him because we brought a mechanic to look at the truck and didn't just take his word for it so he was not going to sell the truck. In today's world is this really a way to do business. In my experience with him, he's not good to do business with and I have no doubt in my mind that he doesn't care about selling the car more than he cares that you stroke his ego. When it comes down to his EGO and his need to be right in all matters are all that matter to him, not selling a nice hard working family a car.
