I do not know why this place has a 4.8. I called a week ago to have my sub frame bushings replaced (they suggested I replace them). I text one of the employees where I parked the car and put the key (they texted me before so I took that it was OK to text them, apparently not). I call them and Trent had no idea the car was even there. They pushed out the date, ordered the wrong part, and had the gumption to ask if I wanted a reschedule.
