I just bought a XSR700. This a great shop that gives you a warm feeling as soon as you walk in the door and talk over the phone. The staff went out of their way to make a deal with me and had everything ready to go when I arrived. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The owner is a great person as well, who was at the shop to chat with. Thank you to all at Wheel A Way, see you in the future!

Just went for an inspection and asked if they could look it over, was told they didn't have time. I asked can u at least top off coolant, was told he didn't have time, do u still want the inspection. I replied no (it's not even due). I hear as I'm leaving "ok hurry back". That guy is an asshole and apparently doesn't understand what a state inspection is. Wont go back. Sad I grew up going there and even bought my first street bike from them.

NY state inspection does not cover maintenance and fluids, it is strictly inspection. We do inspections only on Saturdays and as such we do maintenance and repairs on Tuesday through Friday. Your post is a little confusing as you say you came in for an inspection but you also say you didn't need an inspection. We do apologize if you misunderstood what a NY inspection entails.
