Always have needed parts, and always friendly!
I stopped in on a Saturday with my new EOH boat trailer and within an hour they diagnosed a loose hitch on the trailer and tightened it, and installed a receiver tightener. Now it no longer jerks at the lights and I don't have to fight a wandering trailer on my way back to Boston. Top notch service.
