Dear Mark Wheaton: I am writing to express my concern about a defective oil change at your facility and the poor response to my concerns by your management. On 8/25/2014 at 21,192 miles you changed the oil and filter on my 2012 Honda CRV. See attachment 1. On or about 3/15/2015, I noticed small oil spots on my garage floor. It turned out the oil spots had been there previously but my wife was cleaning them up and failed to mention it to me.
