Excellent customer service. Shawn and Hank were excellent movers, very hard working and outstanding communications.
Dave, our driver and team lead, was very professional, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient with our move. Both his Indy & Chicago team assistants were also vey polite and efficient and took great care in handling our belonging during our interstate move.
Wheaton has been used by the company I work for, for years. From the salesperson to packers, loaders and driver, communication was excellent. Schedule for pack, load, travel and delivery were followed to the "T". Packers and loaders were respectful of our property. The driver, Jay, gave us his personal phone number so we could stay in touch and know when people were arriving at both the home we packed and to the new home in a new state. They are very professional and respect client's properties.
The bid was accurate, the information was accurate, the movers were capable, careful and easy to work with. If we asked for a furniture placement change, in this case the piano, they were cheerful about re-moving it. They were prompt, quick, and dependable. I would recommend these guys over and over. Our crew was David White out of Fulton, MO.
