I brought my dog in for a follow-up after seeing Dave Luttinen for a for a hot spot, and some allergic symptoms. On the initial visit I got two prescriptions (apoquel$$, and an antibiotic). I'm not a doctor, but I have a Master's in Pharmaceutical Bioengineering, and knowing what I know about antibiotics and how they wipe out the beneficial bio-flora, I approached Sasha's treatment with care. Dr. Luttinen kept me waiting 30 minutes. In the meantime another person came in after me and was seen before me and my dog. I mentioned this and Dr. Luttin excused himself without apologizing. Then he began to examine Socks. I mentioned that my dog was particularly sensitive about someone getting in his face. Then, Dr. Luttinen said he decided we couldn't work together. I was shocked. These people are absolutely amazing ♥️ my 3 dogs are a handful together and they made sure to take super good care of them (and myself) and were very patient and kind!! I highly recommend them to anyone with fur babies 😁
