I have been taking in person and FaceTime lessons from Wheaton for the past 3 years. He is a very kind and patient instructor. I had no other musical experience other than reading music. The journey has been difficult but I can now play 12 songs on the pipes. I would have given up a long time ago if it wasn’t for his expertise and encouragement for teaching beginning pipers like me. Attached is a picture of Wheaton and I at this year’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration at K. O’Donnell’s in Scottsdale.

Wheaton played at my Mom's celebration of life over 4 years ago. When my Dad recently passed, I knew who to call. Not only is Wheaton an accomplished bagpiper, but he is so professional and easy to work with. He was so accommodating of our requests and because my Dad is from Scotland, I couldn't imagine a service without the bagpipes. I would highly recommend him for any event.

I cannot recommend Wheaton enough. He went above and beyond for my father’s service at the National Cemetery. Even with last minute changes and some complications at the venue, he was calm and professional. He helped me keep things going and with little interruption. His playing was beautiful and there was not a dry eye around. I recommend him for any event you have.

On a very hard day his performance was incredible. Punctual, professional and incredibly respectful. An absolute pleasure to hear him play at a military based funeral. If I could give six stars I would.

Wheaton was really easy to work with on a short notice for my father in law’s celebration of life. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a bag piper.
