Got my new vehicle !! very happy with all the process and kind service!! Absolutely recommend it
My daughter had her vehicle in for $8,800.00 in warranty repairs for 3 weeks. The vehicle was returned to her filthy, not vacuumed or washed. Very little regard for customer satisfaction.
My first google review was necessary for Wheaton Kia because their service is top notch! Their high rating speaks for itself. I have never walked into a dealership and felt as good as I felt in there- from the staff not being too pushy to thorough explanations on what I was buying. The only recommendation I would have is to hire a better cleaning company that pays close attention to small details because even after a 2nd cleaning there was still some visible missed spots. Over charged for service and multiple headaches leaving after getting service done. Never satisfied with service. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this dealership in Regina. This time when I brought it in for service it was due to transmission slipping and clanking issues. All they did was a transmission update which didnt fix the problem at all and let me leave wothout doing the repairs that needed to be done.
