Bought my third car today from Wheaton Kia and I have nothing but good to say! Everyone was so helpful. Susan was great! She found several ways to give me discounts saving me Big time! She called me a couple of times during the process to keep me informed of where things were at.Brandon is very knowledgable about all of the Kia lineup. He went over everything in the car with us. Buying a car with Kia was a seamless process. Chris was respectful and showed genuine care and attention throughout the whole process. He was great to work with. Furthermore, Susan was an extremely knowledgeable member of the team when working with financing. The whole atmosphere at Kia was wonderful and we can’t say enough good things about the process and the people at Wheaton Kia.
Chris helped us find our vehicle and was very accommodating with providing us with extra services as we waited for our new vehicle to arrive. Once we decided on our new unit, Susan was super helpful getting us set up with Kia's exceptional warranty coverage and working us through the paperwork that comes with financing a vehicle. Overall an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Brought in my Kia for a warranty repair. They offered me a ride to pick it up and washed it for me. It was very considerate and the driver was very nice!
Service manager Trevor is a gem, he was kind and patient when I had an issue with my used Kia. I didn't even buy it from their shop, and I was treated like family. Technician Matt and driver Eddy were knowledgeable and reassuring when I had a tough morning with my car. Can't thank you guys enough!! Kia service is top shelf.
