Absolute worse customer service. I have called 7 times yesterday to book a service and no one from service would answer my call. Receptionist took my name and number to get them to call me and still haven’t heard 24 hours later. I refuse to do oil changes at Kia due to this lack of customer service I only need to have an appt as a big service is due. So disappointed especially since I’ve been a Kia driver for over 10 years.
