This place is a no no I wouldn't reccomend it because they are understaffed, employee's are being overworked, pressured, & accused of stealing, their directors of nursing/ administrators are unqualified & unprofessional,the whole total upper staff is a joke. Please do not admit your love ones at the Franciscan place rehab center a terrible institutional facility. Doesn't even deserve 1 star, horrible place to stay & work!!!!!
We took my grandpa there first day yesterday, no one came in his room the entire time we were there settling him in. We called him after the first night and he said no one came in to help him see how was was doing NOTHING over night on his FIRST NIGHT. Goes without saying we came to get him immediately in the morning. DO YOUR JOB.
My Mother came out if this joint with infections that ended up taking her life. Obviously 0 stars . Not only that the stitches on a simple wound Ascension put in becoming severely infected , also a urinary tract infection. First ever. I still fell so guilty that I did not get her out of this chop shop called ascension before it was too late.
