Wow! If I could rate the customer service zero star, I definitely would. I am astonished as to how rude customer service was. I called this morning and a woman picked up and rudely said “hold up!”. I called again and they hung up the phone. I called numerous times to speak with a supervisor and was denied contact. The woman threatened me with security because I asked to speak with a supervisor. I asked for the name of the staff but they refused to provide a name. I called the morning of 8/12/25. Do better.
We were from out of town visiting and had an emergency illness. We arrived a half hour before closing. Jamie at the front desk, Jillian and PA Elizabeth were very kind, saw us promptly, evaluated our problem very quickly, prescribed meds, helped us find a pharmacy and we were on our way in under an hour. Very much appreciated because my wife was in severe pain. Not always the experience in urgent care facilities but this team was the best and we are very grateful for their care. Thank you.
Never ever ever ever go here if you can help it. UPDATE (TEN MONTHS LATER AND THEY PUT ME ON THE DBET COLLECTION LIST! I keep calling , they tell me they will recode it as an urgent care and then 2 months later I get the ER visit Bill. They wouldn’t code it as urgent care. Was the only urgent care open when I was there out of town. No claim was ever put through to my insurance and they simply sent me a text saying I owed $600 for “Emergency Medical Services” even though I did urgent care.
