We entered the Urgent Care off of Spring Street on a Sunday mid-afternoon. I was attended to very quickly, listened to attentively, and X-rayed efficiently. Everyone was friendly. A special thanks to P.A. Hailee who diagnosed my medical problem and formulated the best path of recovery.

Wow! If I could rate the customer service zero star, I definitely would. I am astonished as to how rude customer service was. I called this morning and a woman picked up and rudely said “hold up!”. I called again and they hung up the phone. I called numerous times to speak with a supervisor and was denied contact. The woman threatened me with security because I asked to speak with a supervisor. I asked for the name of the staff but they refused to provide a name. I called the morning of 8/12/25. Do better.

We were from out of town visiting and had an emergency illness. We arrived a half hour before closing. Jamie at the front desk, Jillian and PA Elizabeth were very kind, saw us promptly, evaluated our problem very quickly, prescribed meds, helped us find a pharmacy and we were on our way in under an hour. Very much appreciated because my wife was in severe pain. Not always the experience in urgent care facilities but this team was the best and we are very grateful for their care. Thank you.
