I had a great experience in urgent care with Chelsea. I immediately felt safe and understood in the issue I was coming for. She was very personable and down to earth and took great care of me. I’ll definitely feel better in the future coming here for my urgent care needs because of the kindness I experienced today.
I was just here and didn't feel listened to at all. I told them I couldn't move my shoulder in one direction, but the other one could move it, and I think i snapped a tendon. These guys took xrays, said my shoulder was fine, and didn't even check the tendons, told me I can get my xrays online. I then went to my PT who said I likely snapped a tendon and to talk to a orthopedic surgeon to get an MRI. I haven't been able to get my xrays, and no orthopedic surgeon will see me until I get them the xrays. Apparently I can go perso... read more
