I had a 9 AM appointment in Hinsdale, coming from Yorkville on 88, traffic was heavy, and said I would arrive at 9 AM, I called the office just to let them know. I might be a couple minutes late, they told me if I am more than 10 minutes late they will have to reschedule me.
