Awful experience. We double checked that they would take our VSP eye insurance (and wouldn't bill us then make us deal with the insurance, we asked twice), then they gave my son an exam, set him up with a pair of glasses and at check out they tried to bill us the full amount (over $600). It's not about the money, it's about the inconvenience of dealing with the insurance after they promised up and down that wouldn't happen.
