I was a tenant from 12/7/15-5/29/20. The property was formerly known as Wheaton Center until Trinity Property Consultants bought it changing the name to Renew Wheaton Center. Immediately there was a total decline and corruption. Mold, mildew, broken pipes, work orders that went ignored and illegal evictions especially towards the elderly and disabled.
