So kind and helpful with getting all the things I needed done. From oil change, tire pressure issues, and a recall!
Have nothing good to say ...so will say quiet...service department sucks
Had an appointment for an oil change and there was a misunderstanding as to timelines because of other work performed on my truck and took longer than expected. Scott Cooke reached out and made it right, Thanks
Had a fantastic experience buying my first car! Randy was extremely great to deal with and gave me all the information I needed to pick a perfect first car. Riley in finance was also great to deal with!! 10/10 service and they both made everything easy!😊
Very disappointed with the unprofessional service at Wheaton GMC. Every time I take my vehicle in to fix one issue, it comes back with a new problem that they won't own up to. They then expect you to pay diagnostic fees and labor charges for their mistakes. So everyone should inspect the vehicle carefully before taking it back from service.
