They have very nice amenities and it’s very clean to the outside eye, but when you live there, the walls are paper thin and there’s a mold issue in the bathrooms. Maintenance were nice and prompt but half completed every job. It’s like living in cheap luxury. For the amount of money you pay monthly, you’d expect the quality of living there would be better. I love the location and my unit. It has everything I wanted! It is very spacious and I’m fortunate to have quiet and nice neighbors. Maintenance comes fairly quickly. Like others have said the management has changed. I was the tenant who got locked out the night before they sent the mass email about no longer providing lockout services: I took my dog out before bed and my door auto locked with the keys inside. They basically told me no one would be coming until 10am the next day so I can pay for a locksmith. I sat in the lob... read more
I’ve rented in many places, but this is by far the best experience I’ve had with building management. They recently took over the building, and when I moved in, my apartment needed several fixes. The maintenance team was incredibly helpful and always quick with a smile. No matter who you talk to, you’ll hear, “We wanna make you happy.” Their positive attitude truly stands out. Highly recommend! Great downtown too.
I have had a really good time with Inland Management. My floor tiles were peeling and they fixed it immediately. I also noticed a crack in my toilet bowl and that was replaced asap as well. They have been very gracious and kind. I really enjoy the new coffee machine and the sparkling water machine. Karen is super nice about everything and makes sure to make time for tenants and that they are heard. I highly recommend this place due to proximity to Metra and Marianos and the Wheaton Farmers Market is right outside.
