i’m giving this apartment complex two stars solely because of the location & because Tracy from management has been responsive and communicative when I’ve reached out and tried to help me with these issues. That said, this place advertises a “quiet atmosphere,” and that could not be further from the truth. Living here feels more like being in a college dorm than a residential apartment complex. I’ve been really enjoying living here. It’s a comfortable place to call home, and the location is fantastic, and I actually love having the train nearby! The staff truly make a difference, especially Tracy! Every time I see her, she’s doing something helpful, whether that’s picking up trash, organizing packages in the mail room, restocking the coffee and hot cocoa, or saying hi and checking in with residents about upcoming activities. I have lived here for 1 year and 2 months. Every since Inland took over it has gone down fast. The entire building is disgusting. The elevators are broken down more than they run. Maintenance is even worse. Turned in water litterally pouring into my apt and they did nothing. I wasted so many towels and cleaning products. Took them 3 months to fix it. I had to threaten to call my attorney before it got fixed. The staff doesnt care about anyone in the building you will be just a cash flow for them. We used to do a bunch of gre... read more
This staff is responsive, thoughtful and kind. I placed a work order anticipating it would be taken care of in a few days, and it was completed before noon the following day with perfection! Thank you maintenance and management team!
