I'm biased and can only talk about my experience here, but like with every negative recent review, take them with a grain of salt and your results may vary. Sorry for the novel. I lived there a year. First the facts: A $2000 apartment costs $2500-2600 You have to pay $129 a month for internet Over $300 a month garage parking for our 2 cars (there is no other parking options in the city) Roughly $100 a month amenity fee Roughly $75 a month bldg utilities for “common area” Plus all your own utilities Some additional outrageous concierge trash service I was granfathered out of during the takeover My experience: First management did a decent job and I liked the customer service. Hate leaving negative reviews but I don’t know what else to do. And when you read reviews on this place, CLICK NEWEST. Thats where you will see actual, real reviews. The first year or so wasn’t terrible. But over the last 5-6 months this place has turned into a dump. Must be the management change. I truly have no clue how they get away with calling these “Luxury Apartments”. Furthest thing from luxury while paying over $2,500/mo. The carpets in the building are beyond disgusting. My first month living here has been great! I love the unit itself and had zero problems moving in, everything was in working order and clean. 121 is fantastic when compared to other apartments in the area for around the same price, you get a lot more for the money and every unit actually looks like the ones on the website; I toured so many apartments where what you get is NOT anything like the model unit or the higher, upgraded floorplans.
