I'm biased and can only talk about my experience here, but like with every negative recent review, take them with a grain of salt and your results may vary. Sorry for the novel. Hate leaving negative reviews but I don’t know what else to do. And when you read reviews on this place, CLICK NEWEST. Thats where you will see actual, real reviews. The first year or so wasn’t terrible. But over the last 5-6 months this place has turned into a dump. Must be the management change. I truly have no clue how they get away with calling these “Luxury Apartments”. Furthest thing from luxury while paying over $2,500/mo. The carpets in the building are beyond disgusting. My first month living here has been great! I love the unit itself and had zero problems moving in, everything was in working order and clean. 121 is fantastic when compared to other apartments in the area for around the same price, you get a lot more for the money and every unit actually looks like the ones on the website; I toured so many apartments where what you get is NOT anything like the model unit or the higher, upgraded floorplans. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I can’t even begin to explain how much I’ve been through since moving in and the lack of care by management. Today was the final car for me after having mail stolen multiple times and now coming back to a vandalized car that was in the parking garage I also pay for. This place is a complete rip off and disgusting. The hallways either smell like garbage or a bunch of cheap air freshener trying to cover up how filthy the place is. For anyone looking here, please look at NEWEST REVIEWS FIRST, as you will see a huge number of very, VERY poor reviews! I lived here for 2 years, and the initial property managers in the front office were wonderful and made the entire residential experience at 121 feel very homey and welcoming. Within the first 4 months, 2 of the 3 staff quit/left, and within the next year, the final woman left.
