If I could rate lower I would. For reference, I lived here for 2.5 years and I paid my rent either early or on time every month. I was so happy for the first year and 10 months while under the care of the CONNOR GROUP. However the second that Inland property took over, everything went downhill. The apartment building began to reek and was hardly ever cleaned. There were several instances where dog poop would be smeared on the floors and the elevators and would not be cleaned for days! First the facts: A $2000 apartment costs $2500-2600 You have to pay $129 a month for internet Over $300 a month garage parking for our 2 cars (there is no other parking options in the city) Roughly $100 a month amenity fee Roughly $75 a month bldg utilities for “common area” Plus all your own utilities Some additional outrageous concierge trash service I was granfathered out of during the takeover My experience: First management did a decent job and I liked the customer service. I'm biased and can only talk about my experience here, but like with every negative recent review, take them with a grain of salt and your results may vary. Sorry for the novel. I moved in last August at the tail end of the previous management company. I adored them. I knew nearly all the employees by name and the manager knew me, and despite working 3rd shift overnights with a weird rotating weekly schedule, I saw her or someone from the team walking around the complex at least once a week.
