I typically don’t post these sorts of things but I wanted to tell folks about what I have experienced in my year here. First, the rent is not as competitively priced as it seems. Expect to pay around $400 extra monthly in variable costs and other fees. Not sure how transparent they are about their extra fees upfront these days but just be aware. Update: I have spear fronted the career path of a realtor and will file for specific performance later in the year against The Connor Group and Wheaton 121. All the real reviews are not on Google. Leasee beware. They charged 20k on my credit without my consent. Still taking me 5yrs to dispute this and this company should go down the drain for doing so.
My partner has been residing here for a year, and unfortunately, the management has shown very poor customer service. She recently received a call claiming that she had overlooked her bill and failed to make payment, resulting in late fees. However, she had already paid before the due date. If you're reading reviews from before February 2025, stop — and start over. The company that took over Wheaton 121 in February 2025 has made a night-and-day difference, and older reviews simply don't reflect what this building is now.
